Our volunteer management team is struggling to manage the work required to properly serve our members and our sponsors. We need to review our orgnanization and management structure and revise to one that better suits the transformation to modernize our association. We also need a template for our annual strategy meeting. This meeting helps us ensure that our activities align with our vision and mission, and that board members are meeting expectations.

The learners will apply their knowledge of organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic planning to create a robust succession plan that can be implemented seamlessly. Key tasks include: - Conducting a thorough analysis of the Executive Director's current responsibilities. - Evaluating the skills and readiness of board members to take on these responsibilities. - Developing a detailed transition timeline and action plan. - Creating documentation and training materials to support the transition.
