In this course, students in the Bow Valley Cybersecurity Post-Diploma Certificate will work with your organization to solve a problem or opportunity of your choosing related to cybersecurity. While cybersecurity projects are preferred, projects from all areas of Information Technology will be considered.

Is your organization looking for a software or web application solution? Students in this capstone focus on gaining experience in some aspect of the software industries: software application development, mobile application development, systems analysis and support, web and game development, database design and management, and IT project management. Learners will gain practical experience with exposure to industry standards of planning, developing, and quality assurance testing.

Is your organization looking for an IT infrastructure change? Do you have an IT project in mind? Students in this project course focus on gaining experience in some aspects of networking, Windows administration, helpdesk support, IT project participation , and more. Learners will gain practical experience by assisting you in planning, developing, administration, and customer support. These students may be available for internship after the project is complete.  Please note: this is not a software development project. We do not do coding, app development, or website development.
